We are so sorry to hear your item(s) didn't work out! But great customer service is #1!
Please see our requirements and procedures below:
-Any regular priced item may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All sale items are final.
-The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees to have items mailed back.
-Please send an email to : jessica@shoplittlebambini.com
-Any item being returned must be unused, unwashed with the tags still intact. We ask that the clothing is returned in pristine condition and free of any stains, pet hair or scents.
-Once the item is received back to Shop Little Bambini, a refund will be issued.
-Please allow 3-5 days to see the refund to your account.
